Community Council

Carr road construction

Carrbridge & Vicinity Community Council usually meets on the last Thursday of every month, except December, at 7:30pm to discuss affairs pertinent to the residents and to conduct community business. We meet in the Village Hall or the Riverside Bowling Club or by ZOOM!

We give 7 days notice of a meeting  on the village notice boards ,social media and also here.

Where or how it takes place is intimated then.

While the Community Council has no executive power it is a statutory consultee of the local authority and is therefore able to influence decisions at a local level.

Community Council documents from 2011 onwards are included below.

Carr Road construction
**************************
The Community Council have setup a group coordinated by James Bracher to liaise with the construction site on Carr Road. Through this we have created a google form to collate any issues that residents may have so that a collective approach can be taken, when needed. We hope that this central point of contact will allow any issues to be raised, collated and communicated with the site operators effectively. We’re keen to work positively with the site operators to ensure that residents are safe, listened too, and any inconvenience is minimised. To log an issue, please use this google form: https://forms.gle/cfd8JTMeMzkqzhDJ9 or email [email protected]
